Leka Systems was founded by industry professionals to answer the growing demand for a better alternative to the traditional conservatory roof, known for being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The Roof system is designed to allow fabricators to manufacture a solid roof used for either replacement or as alternative to the competitor ‘timber based’ ‘conservatory’ solid roof. Competitively priced the Leka System has been engineered through innovative methods, highly technical design protocols and practical experience to create probably the best conservatory roof system in the World currently. With substantial investor backing the business is set for significant growth having now been through a period of product refinement and initial trading over the past 3 years and with further innovative products in development.

The Role:

  • To grow sales and margin by identifying key prospects and negotiating and securing sales for roofs from Installers in partnership with Leka Registered Fabricators
  • To work with the Directors to develop effective strategies to bring new business and enhance market share
  • To review, follow up and action enquires from prospective new customers received because of active marketing
  • To effectively use social media to drive relationships and ultimately sales
  • To develop routes to market and work with key customers developing their businesses and helping them grow using Leka products
  • To provide technical sales advice and enable customers to fully understand and exploit the potential of the products

The Person:

  • Well educated and commercially aware with presence
  • Able to make best use of social selling and with an understanding of using this to drive engagement
  • Sector experience an advantage but technical ability in structures and preferably glazed structures will be required
  • Passionate and principled
  • Energetic, motivated and able to set themselves and deal with a fast pace
  • Able to demonstrate personal success and progression
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic and goal orientated

Remuneration:

Attractive Negotiable Package + Bonus
